Advancement Communications, Inc., operating as Advancement Digital, is committed to making generous1000.com (the "Site") usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our clients are nonprofits, and accessibility is part of how we honor the communities they serve.

1. Our Standard

We design and build this Site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities. We are monitoring WCAG 2.2 and will adopt updated criteria as they become incorporated into applicable legal standards.

2. Conformance Status

This Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some portions of the Site's content do not fully conform, as described in Section 4 (Known Limitations) below. All content produced and controlled directly by Advancement Communications, Inc. is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

3. What We Do

We apply the following accessibility practices to content we control:

1. Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
2. Headings, landmarks, and lists are used semantically so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
3. Images that convey information include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked as such.
4. Forms use visible labels, keyboard-accessible controls, and clear error and confirmation messages.
5. Interactive elements are reachable with a keyboard and display a visible focus state.
6. Color is never the sole means of communicating meaning.
7. Layouts respond to zoom levels up to 200% and to smaller screens without loss of content or functionality.

4. Known Limitations

Certain third-party components embedded on this Site, including the cookie consent banner (CookieYes), analytics widgets, and embedded third-party media, are controlled by their respective providers. We select vendors that maintain accessibility programs, and we monitor these components on an ongoing basis, but we cannot guarantee that third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA at all times.

If a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier for you, please contact us using the information in Section 6 below. We will work with you to provide an alternative means of accessing the information or functionality, and we will raise the issue with the vendor.

5. How We Test

1. Automated checks using axe DevTools and Lighthouse during development and after updates.
2. Manual keyboard-only navigation testing on primary user flows.
3. Color contrast verification against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
4. Periodic review using screen readers (such as NVDA and VoiceOver) on modern browsers.

6. Report an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter a barrier on this Site, or if you need content in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two (2) business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.

When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include: the page URL, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.

7. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under the Americans with Disabilities Act at www.ada.gov, or with the appropriate enforcement authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Review

This statement was prepared on July 21, 2026 and reflects the current accessibility posture of generous1000.com. We review this statement at least once per year and update it when the Site changes materially.
